The best bakery! Ate most of the treats before I could take photos. The freshest dough, home made and I love that they donate any leftovers to a shelter nearby.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING DONUTS. BEST DONUT SHOP IN THE STATE. Quick and respectful service. The prices are even amazing. Okay I couldn't help it and I bit into the maple bacon before I could even get home and it was marvelous. These donuts are cooked to perfection. If you're in LOUISVILLE, you have to stop by this place. The donuts are made fresh all day.
We are visiting the area and are big doughnut lovers. We absolutely had to try this adorable corner shop and I am so happy we did. Not only do they provide quality baked goods but I felt like I was talking to family. The hospitality of every single person in this bakery is off the charts. If you are looking for outstanding baked goods while having a chat with people who make you feel like family this is the place!!
I’ve had this place on my list for a long time and finally made it in. It’s a great bakery serving up delicious doughnuts for a super reasonable price. I ordered a cream-filled long john, chocolate glazed, and a blueberry doughnut. They were all delicious and it cost $3.75. They even threw in a free sugar cookie just because, which I was pumped about. It’s a great place with friendly staff. I’ll be a repeat customer forever.
Good location convenient hours for early birds. Open 7 days a week and fresh pastries. Prices are fair and employees are friendly as well.
If you haven’t stopped in and got the Maple Bacon 🥓 long John with chocolate you really are missing out! You do have to get there early to get them, they sell out super fast. This is my favorite donut shop ever.. I try to get out early as much as I can for these donuts! 🍩 Just try them out , you won’t be disappointed. Thank me later .. Plus a lot bigger selection than just the Bacon. So many flavors but like I said get there as early as you can for a large selection.
Get a holland cream (if you can get there before they sell out). By far the best donuts around and their cookies and cakes are amazing too. Fair prices. Expect a wait 20+ mins on weekend (worth it).
The various donuts at Nord’s are delicious. I tried three: a glazed donut, a maple bacon long john, and one with coconut. They were all nice and flavorful while not feeling too heavy. It’s a nice, old-fashioned sort of bakery inside, and ordering was quick and no-nonsense. It’s probably a good thing I don’t have anything so good closer to home. This is definitely a destination if you have a hankering for donuts.
Nord’s is legendary for a reason. Maple Bacon! 🤤 I had a Coconut Crunch too but it was gone before I thought to take a pic! Give them your business! Crazy cheap and awesome service!
This was our last stop to try while in Louisville for 3 days and we absolutely LOVED it. The woman was so sweet to us and gave us a couple extra donuts that we HAD to try (her words). She was so passionate about them. She was right to be, by the way. We loved all of the donuts we bought and the experience here finished our trip perfectly.
